Runners from Bingley’s Trail Snails are taking part in an Advent running challenge in aid of Mind.
The global, virtual event, Run Up to Christmas, encourages people to run as many miles as they can before Christmas.
Kevin Betts, co-founder of RU2C, said: “People do it to be social, to support others and do something different.
“Running can lift your mood when stress can be high.”
Dr Julie Patterson, Trail Snails team captain, said the challenge is about stepping away from the chaos.
She said : “The fact that we can raise money for Mind whilst running is a bonus!”
