Free-scoring Bristol City welcome Burton Albion to Ashton Gate, with the visitors desperate to reverse their fortunes this season.
The Brewers come into this game following two successive defeats, both 4-0, and currently sit 21st in Championship table, a point outside of the drop zone.
Fourth-placed Bristol City on the other hand, haven’t lost a league match since game week two of the season. A victory will guarantee the side second place in the league going into the rest of the weekend’s fixtures.
Top scorer Bobby Reid will be an important player for the Robins, having already notched eight goals in 14 appearances. Jamie Paterson also leads the league’s assist table with five.
Burton will need to improve their defence as they currently hold the worst record in the league with 23 conceded.
City meanwhile, are the league’s joint-top scorers with 20.
However, defender Eros Pisano, midfielder Gary O’Neil and forward Milan Djuric seem destined for the side-lines rather than the pitch.
Fitness doubts over captain Bailey Wright were addressed by Robin’s manager Lee Johnson: “We’re going to test him (Wright).
“It was a seven to ten-day injury as per the scan that was done by Australia.
“We have young Zak Vyner who has plenty of experience and Korey Smith that can play at right-back. I don’t feel we’re short of options.”
Burton appear to have a cleaner bill of health with centre back Ben Turner expected to be fit again after a hamstring problem. John Brayford on the other hand, is likely to be out for another week.
In the joint 190 years these two clubs have existed, the sides have only met twice, both in last season’s Championship. Bristol City won 2-1 at the Pirelli Stadium in August, before being held to a 0-0 draw at Ashton Gate in March.
