Ireland are looking to backup their huge win over France while Italy seek to bounce back from a narrow loss to England.
Ireland head coach Andy Farrell has made six changes to the side that beat France including back rower Caelan Doris who will captain the side. Italy make four changes in their squad with full back Ange Capuozzo returning from injury.
