A 24-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a bike rider was shot in the arm in Huddersfield.
The shooting happened on Long Lane, neat to the junction of Longfield Avenue, in Dalton last Thursday. A 28-year-old man on a bike suffered a minor injury to his arm.
A 25-year-old man arrested in connection with the incident has been released by police under investigation.
Detective Chief Inspector, Jaz Khan, said: “We are continuing to carry out extensive enquiries into this incident and I would like to appeal directly to the local community to come forward with any information they have.”
