LGBT communities come together to tackle the major issues with Drugs and alcohol misuse in Leeds.
The event was for members and leaders of LGBT communities in Leeds as well as colleagues from the NHS, Leeds City Council, West Yorkshire Police, Prison Service, Fire Service, Schools and Colleges, Voluntary and Community Sector and Business and Private Sectors.
At the event there was various different speakers through out the day, all with different aspects and creating better solutions to prevent alcohol and drugs being misused.
The event is part of a project focusing on whole system approaches to tackling inequalities in health for LGBT communities. It is funded by Public Health England and has been organised by the National LGB&T Partnership, Yorkshire Mesmac and Leeds City Council.
