With little over a week remaining before the release of Red Dead Redemption 2, fans have been chomping at the bit to get their hands on the Wild Western action-adventure game.
The third entry in the series, Red Dead Redemption 2 is set to serve as a prequel to Rockstar Games’ hit 2010 release, Red Dead Redemption.
Having been in development since 2010, being developed and managed alongside Grand Theft Auto 5, Red Dead Redemption 2 has some seriously impressive content to boast, most notable of which being an alleged 60+ hour campaign, dwarfing the previous games’ 20 hour story.
Since being announced in late 2016, fans of the series have been following the development of the game closely, and with the release being so tantalisingly close, a large contingent of fans are getting increasingly excited as they are gradually being drip-fed more and more information about the game.
Talking to Vulture, Rockstar’s lead writer Dan Houser revealed Red Dead Redemption 2’s will run for a grand total of 60-hours, prompting emphatic reactions from fans on Twitter.
