By Sean Gannon
Police are looking for a man following a robbery in Keighley in which a woman was stabbed.
He is believed to been involved in the incident, which occurred at 8pm on Tuesday, 7 March on Devonshire Street, and is thought to have left the scene on foot towards Back Cartmel Road.
The female victim, who is in her forties, is continuing to recover from her injuries and has since been released from hospital.
Police have released an E-Fit image of the suspect, who is described as a white male, believed to be in his mid to late thirties and wearing a hooded top.
Detective Inspector Alan Weekes, of Bradford District CID, said: “This was a savage and cowardly attack on a lone woman in a shop and we need to find the person responsible for this.”
He added: “Violent attacks like this are totally unacceptable and we would ask anyone who recognises this male to contact us.”
Two men in their thirties have already been arrested in connection with the incident, where a quantity of cash was also taken from the premises.
