A man has been killed in a traffic collision in Drighlington.

Steven King, aged 64, of Morley, was riding a yellow Honda CBR 600 along the A650 in Drighlington at just before 7am yesterday when he was in collision with a grey Fiat Punto at the junction with Fieldhead Lane.

Mr King was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Punto, a 51-year-old woman, was spoken to by officers.
