Law students take the stage in aid of Leeds’ oldest charity

By Joe Greenough

Students from Leeds took part in the sixth annual Law’s Got Talent show last night to raise money for the Leeds Children’s Charity.

Organised by the University of Leeds Law Society, the event invites law students to perform before a panel of judges and a sold-out venue, projected to raise record funds.

The Leeds Children’s Charity is the oldest charity in Leeds and since its creation in 1904 has provided respite holidays for 60,000 children suffering neglect, abuse and poverty.
