A man appeared at Calderdale Magistrates Court in Halifax today charged with murder following a stabbing at a house in Elland.
Robert Lyn, 45, from Huntingdon Avenue, Huddersfield was remanded in custody and will appear at Bradford Crown Court tomorrow morning.
Stab victim Daniel Campbell, 38
He is accused of the murder of 38-year-old Daniel Shane Campbell, originally of Halifax.
The hearing follows the discovery of Mr Campbell’s body at an address on Elizabeth Street in Elland on Friday July 18.
Mr Campbell died from multiple stab wounds.
