LIVE: Arsenal vs Dundalk

Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal will be looking to continue their winning streak in the Europa League as they host Irish side Dundalk in their second European clash of the season .

The London side will need to bounce back following their 1-0 defeat to Leicester on Sunday and will be hoping to replicate last weeks European performance as they ran out eventual 2-1 winners against Austrian club SK Rapid Wien thanks to goals from David Luiz and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Dundalk are embarking on only their second every European journey, qualifying for the group stages for the first time since 2016. Their first fixture didn’t go according to plan, losing 2-1 to Norwegian side, Molde. They’ll be looking to cause a massive upset here at the Emirates.

  • DEFEAT FOR DUNDALK

Dundalk shooting was clearly better on cameras tonight.

  • ALL SMILES AT ARSENAL

  • FULL TIME: Arsenal 3-0 Dundalk

There we have it! A convincing victory for Arteta’s men.

After that first went in you knew how the rest of the game was going to pan out. Goals from Eddie NketiahJoe Willock and Nicolas Pepe ensured the win, but it definitely could have been more.

Dundalk can leave with their heads held high. They defended really well against a good Arsenal side. Centre-half Gartland was particularly impressive.

Great defending from Gartland. The ball drops to Tierney on his favoured left foot inside the box. He strikes but Gartland throws himself at the ball, great block.

    Shame it’s 3-0 ey.

  • 87’: Arsenal 3-0 Dundalk

Arsenal have looked cool as you like all night tonight. Victory never in doubt. I’m just shocked the score is only at 3.

  • 84’: Arsenal 3-0 Dundalk

    CLOSE!

Reiss Nelson picks up the ball on the left-wing and drives inside. Just on the edge of the box he unleashes a right-footed strike but it sails past the post.

    Great play from the youngster.
