A Huge comeback from Paris Saint- Germain as City find themselves in a deep hole

With Paris St Germain hosting Pep Guardiolas men at home, the world of football was certainly in for a of clash of giants on Wednesday night. As both teams are currently are out of the top 8, they will find themselves in the first round of the playoffs. Although Manchester city woulnt mind knocking out Louis Enrique men completely, out of the competition.

The game starts of just like expected as new signing Doue takes his first shot on target 4 mins into the game. The parc des princes is loud and clear throughout the game, as the fans know how much is at stake. It only took nine minutes for City defender to Ruben Dias to receive the first yellow card of the game.

Pep Guardiolas men were quite quiet in the first 10 min of the game, which had an impact on the game as the confidence of the parisans was rising. 12 min in the game and citezens managed to hit the target for the first time. And with VAR making the right decision in the game, both teams go back the locker and the citizens will find themselves lucky, escaping a potential 1:0 deficit against the Parisians.

Both came back from the locker room and changes were already being made. The Spanish mangers know how much this game means and decided to make tactical changes. The two sides have not taken their foot off the gas which results into Super sub Dembele scoring one for the Parisians. A brilliant skill from Barcola puts him in a great position to set up his teammate in the 56th min from the left hand side who just has to tap the ball in.

The Parisians seem to have waken up and with the help of the fans, the stadium is erupting. As they continue to dominate, Doue goes for a brilliant strike which hits the crossbar, but Bradley Barcola fins himself in a perfect position to go for the rebound and he taps the ball in to equalize to make it 2:2.

The game has taken a turn and the reigning premier league champions seemed to find themselves in a shock and dont know how to come out of it. As they approach the 70th Luis Enriques men are ready to go all in with Manchester City taking a step back, with De Bruyne and Kovacic getting subbed off for Gundogan and McAtee, Pep brings on fresh legs to see out the game.

The game turns out to be one of the champions league games of the season. A brilliant freekick from Vitinha in the 78th minutes finds the head of his portuguese international teammate Joao Neves who has had a fabulous game and heads the ball in the back of the net. No player from the guests checked their shoulder which gave the 1.74cm midfielder enough space and time to take the lead for the hosts.

The game ends 4:2 and Manchester City find themselves out of the champions league with one game to go
